About the Firm's Practice: In our storefront locations, we handle a diverse range of family law matters: divorce, paternity, custody, adoption, restraining orders and protective orders, child support, grandparent rights. We also handle disputes and transactions involving real estate, manufactured housing, and oil & gas. While the majority of our cases are tried or resolved in Harris County and Montgomery County, we also occasionally handle cases in the surrounding counties, including Waller, Fort Bend, Walker, Polk and Grimes.
Eric L. Fredrickson
Eric L. Fredrickson received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Notre Dame (B.A. 1985) and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center (J.D. 1994). He is a former member of the Family Law Inns of Court, as well as a member of the national American Bar Association and the local Houston Bar Association (HBA).
Eric Fredrickson heads the firm's civil litigation section and handles all family law cases and related matters. He is licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of Texas and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
In addition to his law degree, Eric Fredrickson also holds a graduate degree in history from the University of Houston's Institute for Public History (M.A. 1991). He currently serves as the chair of the HBA Historical Committee and is a director of the Museum of Southern History. He is the author of several historical books and articles on the Houston legal community, including Andrews & Kurth: The First 100 Years of Excellence and A Commitment to Public Service: The History of the Houston Bar Association.
Dena M. Fredrickson
Dena M. Fredrickson received her undergraduate decree with honors in the Program of Liberal Studies from the University of Notre Dame (B.A. 1986) and law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D. 1991). Dena Fredrickson heads the firm's transactional section and handles all real estate and oil and gas related matters. She is experienced in the business of real estate development and oil & gas exploration through She is licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of Texas.
